Private Dutch Tutor in Rotterdam and Online

Language coach, Dutch, English, Portuguese; all levels

My name is Elisabeth. As a creative therapist and artist, I'm living in Rotterdam. I teach languages as a secondary skill to sustain as well my art studio. I have experience in teaching Dutch, English, and Portuguese at a basic, intermediate, and conversational level. I like to see first what level and necessity the student has of the language. In the conversation classes, I like to talk about everyday subjects as what the students need to know. Practicing reading, grammar, and pronunciation are very important to improve your conversation skills. I got my English basic and proficiency certificate from the British Council of Cambridge in 1986.
It is not very difficult to learn Dutch but you need to invest sufficient time and effort and you need the honest will to learn it.
It takes about 1,5 hours a week with a language coach and 4 hours extra of homework and studies.
I use many ways of modern studying like; the internet, social media, apps, television, radio, and lots of reading. and talking skills.
I don't have a Portuguese language certificate but I have lived in Brazil for more than 10 years.
I do speak, read, and write Portuguese at an informal and formal business level.
Please be welcome to get in touch for more information about your possibilities with me.
