What is the easiest way to learn Dutch in Perth?
I always believe that speaking is the best way to learn. Find Dutch people and force them to speak Dutch with you, even if it is only for a couple of minutes at a time. You'll need to keep reminding them to speak Dutch, or they'll switch straight back to English though ;)
How much time does it take to learn Dutch in Perth?
If you have a good reason to learn Dutch it is definitely possible. With regular practice, the right tools (books, apps, series), using different brain mechanisms (reading, writing and listening), you should be able to be conversational in 1 - 2 years. The more effort you put in, the faster it will go though.
