In learning Cebuano/Bisaya, it depends upon your interest in learning. Bisaya Cebuano can easily be learned. A month could be enough if you put your heart to it. And the easiest way to learn is by speaking or applying it in your usual conversations. Translating common phrases could be another easy way to learn the Bisayan language.
