Hello! I am a Master's of Applied Linguistics student at UNSW in Sydney. I finished my bachelor's degree in English Literature from the USA after living most of my life in Dubai, UAE. During high school, I studied Bangla as part of my optional language course for my O-Level Exams for eight years. Additionally, I spent two full academic years at a school in Bangladesh (year two and three), which helped strengthen my foundation in the language. I have always enjoyed education and have taught English in Bangladesh over several summer breaks. As a language enthusiast, I have taught myself spoken Hindi/Urdu and a bit of Arabic (writing, reading, and speaking) and therefore I understand how much motivation plays a role in acquiring a new language. I am a friendly, easy going, and a well-traveled guy, who is excited to pass on my expertise and experiences to my students.
