I hold a BA with Psychology and Anthropology as my majors from Nelson Mandela University, a BA Honours in Anthropology from the University of Cape Town, and a 120hr TEFL certificate. I tutor English (on a different platform) and isiZulu as my Home Language and First Additional Language.

Once you understand the basics, it is easy to learn isiZulu.
How much time does it take to learn Zulu in Johannesburg?
I cannot give a specific time period, this is dependent on the client (student). If one is determined and puts in the effort it can take a couple of months to understand the basics and begin the journey to fluency. However, if one isn't motivated it may take longer.
