Hello! My name is Akeem, and I am a Yoruba language tutor from Nigeria.

I teach Yoruba to children, teenagers, and adults, including complete beginners and Nigerians living abroad who want to reconnect with their Yoruba language and culture.

My lessons are practical, structured and interactive. I help learners develop their speaking, listening, vocabulary, pronunciation, reading, writing and everyday conversation skills.

For children, I use age-appropriate activities, repetition, questions and answers, conversation practice, exercises and homework to make learning Yoruba engaging and effective.

For adults, I focus on practical Yoruba that can be used in everyday situations, helping learners gradually build confidence in understanding and speaking the language.

I offer both online Yoruba lessons through Zoom and in-person lessons in Lagos by arrangement.
