(Only available for Online Lessons) I have a BA in linguistics. I have been teaching Turkish as a foreign language since 2001. I am also a subtitle translator. Currently, I am a language instructor at Ankara University (and also an undergraduate student of English literature). I am interested in languages in general, literature, movies, and world music. Nowadays I'm working on a book that focuses on grammar parts that cause somewhat of a problem for tutors of Turkish language. The book mainly will depend on my personal experience in teaching.
Back in college we were taught that one of the main mottos of linguistics is that there are no "easy/hard to learn" languages, basically because there are no perfect ways/tools for measuring complexity. Every language is "learnable" and in my personal opinion it is always fun to learn a new language. I believe you will have fun learning Turkish.
