My name is Arpatsara, but friends and family call me "Oui". I've been calling Montreal home since 2014 but I am now relocating to Vancouver in June 2026. With a background in teaching Thai to foreign students in Thailand and over 10 years of experience teaching Thai in Montreal, I've found my passion in sharing my language and culture with those who are interested.

Is Thai easy to learn?
I would say listening and understanding is not difficult to get on but the writing part can be quite challenging, even for the Thais!
How much time does it take to learn Thai in Vancouver?
Approximately 2-3 sessions per week, and try to be surrounded by Thai. You should be able to manage daily communication in a couple months.
