Currently living in UAE and I am a homemaker, mother of a 3-year-old girl. The Telugu language is always my first language in school and college. I am a native speaker.
I would like to promote this language because the importance of the mother tongue seems to be deteriorating as the English language is given high priority these days in schools. However, we need to create the awareness, that the mother tongue is also important despite internationally it is not recognized but it's very important to understand our roots too.
