I was born in Peru. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Biology and a master’s in Environmental Studies. I’ve been teaching in different contexts since 2011. I am especially interested in helping you to improve your conversational Spanish in formal and non-formal settings and writing skills. I have been tutoring online since 2020. I like to engage with my students´ interests and start the conversation from there. I find it easier to learn a new language when you get excited about the topics. Let´s do it!

How much time does it take to learn Spanish in Wellington?

It depends on your motivation and willingness. There are a lot of Latin American events happening where you can practice your Spanish. Other wise you can alway watch a spanish movie that will help you understand new concepts and words. Culturally speaking it’s always a challenge to learn a new language in a city where the main language is different, but I do think it’s possible to lear spanish quickly if you are open to meet new people!
