Hello, my name is Merly. I am a mother, an Information System Engineer and Spanish is my mother language. You can learn this versatile and beautiful language in an experiential and funny way. I am looking forward to assist you on this enjoyable experience based on daily and professional life-learning. My experience supporting students to improve their Spanish and take IB or IGCSE exams in different International schools. Merly brings positive and joyful energy to the learning of Spanish. My 9 year old son really enjoys learning from her. She goes at a pace he is comfortable with, and provides materials for his learning. So happy to have found a tutor he gets along with!

Merly is so so friendly and patient! She’s a really talented teacher and she tries to make learning fun by cracking a few jokes now and then! She helped me improve and she would check in with me and ask if her teaching style was okay and if I understood what I was being taught. She speaks to me in Spanish and we certainly communicate well, this has improved my speaking skills a lot. She often encourages me by telling me when I’m doing great, as well as not giving up on me when I don’t understand something. She’s also very easy-going, funny, and definitely a very good teacher. I find myself to be slowly but surely improving my Spanish skills, and I have Merly to thank for that! Overall, very pleased with my lessons with Merly, and am looking forward to more lessons in the future ☺️
