My native language is Spanish, though I was raised bilingual, and I've taught it for 5 years. 3 years I taught at a student residence in Australia called International House. The first year it was as a weekly seminar, and the latter two I taught as a tutor for Spanish courses from The University of Queensland. I then taught a Spanish Language Acquisition (IB MYP4) course at an international school in Bratislava. I am currently teaching English at a different international school in Bratislava.
I began learning French in 2013 (first at Berlitz, then at the Fondation Robert de Sorbon, and finally at the Alliance Française), and have a B2 DELF certificate from 2015. In total, I have spent 9 months living in Paris. I have taught beginner-level French as a private tutor in Argentina and at a language school in Madrid.
I took up Italian in February of 2018, and spent three months in Italy studying it (at DILIT and Edulingua), achieving C1 level. I've also taught upper-intermediate Italian at the aforementioned language school in Madrid.
I do my best to incorporate the languages into my life, reading books, watching films and series, and changing language settings on my phone or in my apps to continue being exposed to them. I'm also currently teaching English and learning Slovak.
There are plenty of resources online and some language schools, but they seem (understandably) very focused on European Spanish specifically.
It depends on the intensity and frequency of the course.
