¡Hola! I'm a native Spanish speaker from Chile and have always been very passionate about language and communication. I can teach you Spanish in a friendly and easygoing way, and we'll work together so that you can make the most out of the lessons.

I'll teach you standard South American Spanish, unless you're interested in Chilean Spanish, of course!

No matter what your level of Spanish is, we can work together to make it better, so I'm happy to teach beginners, intermediate and advanced. If you're a beginner wondering how daunting this could be, I believe that Spanish can be quite easy to grasp if you're working on it the right way, so hopefully you'll see some progress very quickly.

My lessons will involve lots of talking, because speaking in your target language is one of the most efficient ways of learning. However. we can always delve into the grammar, pronunciation and vocabulary. If there are particular areas you want to improve, we can focus on that. We can also go through texts that you're interested in and see which areas you have more difficulties with, so that we can work on that. I'm happy to go through texts you've written yourself, as well.

If you want to know more about me, I'm a musician and I play regularly around Berlin, mainly folk and blues. I also like to read and write a lot, and I love travelling and hiking. I'm interested in psychology, philosophy, science and culture. I've got a BA in Sociology, and I've lived in Chile, the US, Australia and Germany.
