My name is Eva. I am a qualified teacher (Pedagogy degree) from Spain, and I have recently relocated from Auckland to Tauranga, where I have been living for the past two weeks.

I am currently looking for a family interested in a Spanish-speaking nanny or tutor, where I can support children’s care while naturally introducing Spanish through play, daily routines, and structured learning.

I have several years of experience working with children as both a teacher and activity leader, supporting their learning, development, and daily routines. In Spain, a degree in Pedagogy is a specialised qualification focused on education, teaching methods, and how children learn, which allows me to adapt activities to each child’s needs and stage of development.

I am particularly inspired by the work of Jean Piaget and by Montessori principles, and I enjoy creating engaging, age-appropriate activities that encourage curiosity, independence, and confidence.
