Russian Tutor Down Under

Hello. My name is Alena. I was born in Yekaterinburg, Russia, and attended Ural University there from which I received a bachelor's degree with a major in teaching Russian as a foreign language. I have been teaching Russian in Sydney, Australia for the last 10 years. I started as a community language school teacher and worked mostly with children. Later in 2016, I began teaching adults which I have continued to do to the present day. Since then, I have been working as a private tutor. I assess student's ability to speak the language and then I customize my program to meet the student's individual needs. I use a wide range of online tools and devices which include grammar drills, listening tasks, writing, reading, and conversational practice in order for the student to begin speaking the Russian language as soon as possible.
