Hey! I'm Otabek π
Currently studying at Nagoya University
My native language is Uzbek but I've studied for 11 years at school and 4 years at university in Russian as a primary language. So it became kind of like my second native.
Ironically I know Russian better than my native language π
What can I help you with regarding Russian:
- grammar (complex grammar rules, orthography)
- speaking (day-to-day conversations, official speeches)
- pronunciation (utterly important. Without it natives can't understand you. Includes training in unique Russian phonemes to make you sound like a native)
- writing (dictations, essays, summaries)
- media content (highly recommended. Shows, movies, music)
- literature (works of Pushkin, Tolstoy Dostoevsky, and many others)
It may take you longer to master Russian but it definitely worth it
Consider reading Eugene Onegin, War and Peace, Anna Karenina, Crime and Punishment, and Dead Souls in originalπ
With Uzbek friends it'll be a lot easir
