Hello!
My name is Violetta, and I am a native Russian speaker based in Italy. I have a bachelor's degree in journalism from the Russian University, a master's degree in Russian history, and over 11 years of experience in online teaching. I also received my diploma in teaching Russian as a foreign language from Lomonosov Moscow State University, one of Russia's top universities.
Thanks to my professional background as a journalist, PR specialist, and recruiter in Russia, I have an excellent command of the Russian language, both written and spoken, in everyday, academic, and professional contexts.
My knowledge of foreign languages helps me explain certain rules at the initial stage. I have an excellent command of French, having taught it for over 11 years and worked at the Alliance Française as the responsible for culture and communication.
I also speak English and Italian.
My teaching style is patient and adapted to each student's goals. Whether you want to improve your conversation skills, master grammar and vocabulary, or learn professional or literary Russian, I will guide you step by step.
I am an enthusiastic, broad-minded, attentive, and creative teacher, and I look forward to helping you progress in Russian with confidence!
At first, it may seem difficult, since the alphabet is quite different, but gradually, once you learn the basic grammar rules, you'll find that it's not that hard after all. In my opinion, Italians find it easier to learn Russian, as the pronunciation is quite similar in many ways.
It largely depends on the goals, current level, lesson frequency, and the student's motivation.
