MA in Russian literature (Saint Petersburg State University).
2 years of experience in teaching Russian (public schools and private tutoring).

How easy is it to learn Russian in Hanoi?

I guess it's quite difficult. It used to be in high demand before and the older generation can speak it, but now English is the biggest thing obviously, so never heard about any centers or classes in uni/schools. And the city itself isn't a main gathering place for native speakers of Russian (most of them are in Nha Trang or DaNang)
