Private Russian Tutor in City of London and Online

Hi! I’m a native Russian speaker based between London and Riga. I studied International Management at Warwick Business School and have worked in international consulting and technology transformation (PwC)—so I’m very used to explaining complex things clearly, structuring learning, and helping people progress fast.
I’m fluent in Russian, English, and Latvian, and I speak French (intermediate). That means I can explain Russian grammar in a way that actually makes sense for English speakers (and I can switch languages when it helps).
Teaching experience & qualifications (what makes me stand out)
Warwick Business School graduate (BSc International Management) with a strong communication + structure mindset
Extensive experience mentoring, coaching, and supporting international teams/communities (ambassador/community leadership roles at university, cross-cultural environments)
Professional background in consulting/tech/business, so I can teach Russian for real-life contexts: meetings, emails, negotiation, presentations
I build clear learning plans, milestones, and feedback loops (you’ll always know what you’re improving and why)
What you can learn with me
Russian from zero (pronunciation + basics without overwhelm)
Conversational Russian for travel, dating, friendships, and everyday life
Business Russian (corporate language, polite tone, emails, calls, presentations)
Russian for tech/finance/consulting vocabulary and realistic scenarios
Writing & reading (messages, posts, short texts, confidence with Cyrillic)
My teaching style
I’m supportive, but I keep lessons structured and goal-based.
We focus on speaking early, not “years of grammar first.”
Grammar is taught as simple patterns you can reuse immediately
You’ll get personalized homework (short, realistic, effective)
I use materials you’ll actually enjoy: dialogues, clips, articles, culture, plus your interests (work, travel, music, art, etc.)
