Private Russian Tutor in Bruxelles and Online
Expert Russian Teacher, PhD – Structured, Supportive, Fun
Hello! My name is Dasha, and I am a certified teacher of Russian as a foreign language with over 20 years of experience. Originally from Saint Petersburg, I have been living in Brussels since 2016. I am passionate about helping learners discover how logical, expressive, and beautiful the Russian language can be. Outside of teaching, I enjoy creating online courses, writing language guides, traveling, learning new languages, and spending time with my family. Teaching Russian is not just my job; it’s my passion, and I’m excited to share it with you!
I hold a Ph.D. in teaching methodology, a Master’s degree in Cultural Linguistics, and a Bachelor’s degree in Russian Philology. Throughout my career, I have taught Russian in both online platforms and international classrooms to students of all levels and backgrounds.
My teaching methodology combines structure and flexibility. I emphasize clear explanations, step-by-step grammar practice, and meaningful communication from the very first lesson. I incorporate visual materials, videos, and interactive exercises to make the learning experience engaging and effective.
Since 2019, I have been teaching online and designing my own digital courses and materials for beginners and intermediate learners. Additionally, I create listening and reading resources for advanced students and prepare learners for the TORFL and TELC exams.
Most importantly, I truly love teaching and strive to help my students reach their full potential!
