Hi, I was born and lived in Brazil until 31 years of age. I am an Australian citizen. My mother tongue is Portuguese. I have a degree in Tourism in Brazil and a degree in Creative Industries Screen Media here in Australia. I would love to help you out with conversation, grammar, pronunciation and vocabulary. Portuguese can be easy to learn. I would say that we all need at least six months to learn the basics of any language. How much time and how easy is to learn Portuguese depends on you. If you are an applied student who memorises quickly and engages in two or three hours classes per week, you will learn a lot in one year. If you are a traveller, we can concentrate on learning survival sentences and the most used sentences when travelling. I hope to meet you soon.

Portuguese is as easy to learn as any language that comes from Latin like French, Italian and Spanish. It's easy once you know the basics of grammar to structure sentences and memorised verb forms as well as some vocabulary.
