I have lived in New Zealand for the past 25 years and have been a teacher for more than 25 years, sharing Yoga and Ayurveda in Auckland.
As a native Portuguese speaker with English as my second language, I understand the challenges students face when learning a new language. I have also taught Portuguese to my daughter, Sofia, who is now 22 years old.
I have a particular interest in teaching children, teenagers, and young adults.
In addition to teaching, I am also a writer.
