Hej!
I’m Hania, an international student who was born and raised in Poland. I am currently on my exchange in London, ON but in half a year I am coming to the Netherlands.
Polish is my native language and I have always been passionate about its difficulty (even for Polish people). It’s not easy but really rewarding to get to know some basics! I’ve been good at Polish in all stages of school (I got 90% from written and 100% from oral exams in high school). However, I think it’s gonna be even more fun to explore this language with a foreigner! We can learn from each other and have a great time getting to know fun facts about Polish language :)

It is probably the easiest to connect with the Polish community (which is quite big in Canada) while taking classes in the Polish language.
Is it difficult to learn Polish in Toronto?
It definitely is challenging to learn it without taking classes of it provided that you are not surrounded by the language. If you learn the basics and want to connect with people as well as surround yourself with Polish culture, it will surely be easier to understand it.
