If you're looking for a tutor that's fluent in English in order to learn Macedonian, you're looking at the right place.
As a native Macedonian speaker, I can say that learning the language is not difficult if you're planning on dedicating a little bit of time and energy to it. With the right tutor, it can be extremely interesting.
I am not a certified tutor, but considering the fact that Macedonian is my mother language, I have received awards and certificates for writing essays, debates, and different competitions that include public speaking.
I also have experience with teaching children.

What is the easiest way to learn Macedonian in Skopje?
Definitely the easiest way to learn Macedonian in Skopje is to emerge in the culture and have conversations with native speakers. Workbooks are helpful, but as somebody who loves to learn languages, I've noticed that books won't teach you how to speak as a native, but will only teach you the most formal way of speaking. That's why I recommend conversational learning.
Is Macedonian easy to learn?
I would say that Macedonian isn't a hard language to learn. It of course depends on what your native language is (Europeans will most likely find Macedonian easier, than people whose mother tongue is English), but still it can be taught no matter where you come from.
