Hello! Tere!
I have a Korean language teacher's license for teaching foreigners (level 3).
I have 7 years of teaching experience at Tallinn King Sejong Institute in Tallinn University and still teaching there.
You can learn the basic Korean language from the alphabet with me.
I will use the Sejong textbook (세종한국어) for teaching material.
As I have an Estonian B1 certificate, I can explain Korean compared to Estonian grammar.
But the main teaching language will be in English so non-Estonian speakers are also welcome! :D
I think 1,5 hours/week one time is enough for learning. But if you want, you can do less/more than this.
We can have class in my place but Zoom is also an option.

How easy is it to learn Korean in Tallinn?
As Estonians have "Õ" pronunciation and special "K, T, P" pronunciations, Estonians have big advantages in learning Korean.
Is Korean easy to learn?
I would say, it is easy to get to the communication level but difficult to get to the fluent level. I can take you to the communication level for sure but to be fluent, you need to watch many Korean dramas with Korean subtitles repeatedly.
