Hello! สวัสดีครับ
I have a Korean language teacher's license for teaching foreigners (level 2).
I have 7 years of teaching experience at Tallinn King Sejong Institute in Tallinn University. (2017-2024)
Now, I moved to Bangkok, Thailand and work as a Korean language teacher at Bangkok 2 King Sejong Institute in Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University.
You can learn the basic Korean language from the alphabet with me.
I will use the Sejong textbook (세종한êµì–´) for teaching material.
As I know some knowledge in Thai language, I can explain Korean compared to Thai grammar.
But the main teaching language will be in English so non-English speakers are also welcome! :D
I think 1,5 hours/week one time is enough for learning. But if you want, you can do less/more than this.
We can have class in my place but Zoom is also an option.
Frequently Asked Questions
How easy is it to learn Korean in Bangkok?
Thai people have good pronunciations in Korean compared to other countries. Also, Korean alphabet is super easy compared to Thai alphabets. It will takes 10 minutes to learn it.
Is Korean easy to learn?
I would say, it is easy to get to the communication level but difficult to get to the fluent level. I can take you to the communication level for sure but to be fluent, you need to watch many Korean dramas with Korean subtitles repeatedly.
