About me...
I'm Shizuka. Born and raised in Osaka, Japan. After obtaining my certification as a Japanese teacher, I worked at a Japanese language school in Poland and another in Kyoto. This is my fourth year teaching Japanese online. These days, I enjoy showing students around Kyoto when they come to visit.

Is Japanese easy to learn?
Basic beginner-level Japanese is very simple. There are no articles, no gender… and even if you don’t know hiragana, you can still speak Japanese! I make it easy and fun! Leave it to me!
Is it difficult to learn Japanese in Kyoto?
Kyoto is a city rich in culture and history. If you understand the language, your trip to Japan will be even more enjoyable.
