There are many Italians in Prague, but just like any international, they prefer to speak English.
If you do not bump into an Italian coworker, it may be almost impossible to learn Italian. I'm here to help you

Is Italian easy to learn?

I think it is medium difficulty, but with a little effort, nothing is difficult.
Maybe the greatest difficulty is the wide range of vocabulary, but that is for a very advanced level. For a basic level, I think Italian is as easy as French or Spanish, and definitely easier than German. Unfortunately, I find it harder than English
