Mara is a delightful teacher of her native language. She encourages students by praising what works well and gently pointing out what needs to be done better. Her tutorials are very well structured, and suit my learning style of wanting to understand the bones of a language simultaneously with engaging with its detail.

Mara has been my tutor for almost a year and she has made learning Italian an absolute joy. She has adjusted her content and style depending on my needs and interests, and has helped me to build my confidence in speaking and having natural conversation, especially in preparation for trips to Italy. Mara is not only a brilliant educator, but also so much fun and always positive. Grazie di tutto Mara!
