Hi, nice to meet you! I am an Italian born Chinese, grew up in Rome and now living and working in Hong Kong for the past 5 years. I am currently working as events manager but sadly cannot travel for our events, or cannot go back home to see family, so I am finding new ways to make life interesting.
I would be very happy teach conversational Italian or Mandarin Chinese online after work hours/on weekends, and maybe teach over coffee on weekends if needed. I speak little bit of Cantonese and learning some Spanish and Korean on the side too, happy to do language exchange as well.

What is the easiest way to learn Italian in Hong Kong?
Don't be shy and talk to people on every occasion, even if you are unsure. It will improve very fast. And also, try to watch Italian movies and listen to Italian songs, Youtube, podcasts would help tons.
How much time does it take to learn Italian in Hong Kong?
I'd say, with practice a few months as a baseline, depending on the learning progress.
