Language Lessons – Italian, English, Serbian

Private Italian Tutor in Budapest and Online

Hello everyone! My name is Maksim, and I am a first-year Environmental Engineering student from Bosnia and Herzegovina, currently studying in Budapest.

I offer language lessons in three languages:
• Italian (up to B2 level) – for beginners or those preparing for the CILS exam (I passed B2 last year).
• English (up to C1 level, IELTS preparation) – We won't just do grammar; we’ll use real-world articles (science, art, history) to bridge the gap to a high C1 level.
• Serbian (native) – for anyone interested in learning from scratch or improving.

I adapt my lessons to your preferences and focus on making them interactive, relaxed, and enjoyable. I understand how difficult it can be to speak a new language, so I always create a safe, judgment-free environment where mistakes are part of learning. No boring textbooks—we use music, videos, and real conversation.

Even though I have no professional experience, I have worked extensively with people in the past, through many projects and clubs. I hold certificates in C1 English and B2 Italian.

How easy is it to learn Italian?
It depends on how much time you are willing to invest. But in general, Italian is, in my opinion, not so difficult to learn, provided you have the right approach and materials.

What is the easiest way to learn Italian?
In my opinion, the easiest way is to first get to the point where you know enough vocabulary to understand Italian audio. After that, constant exposure (watching movies, tv shows etc.) It is important to have someone to guide you in that first step.

How much time does it take to learn Italian?
With intense study, you could be speaking in about six months!
