Hi! I’m a native Indonesian speaker currently based in Melbourne, and I would love to help you learn Indonesian in a fun, supportive, and practical way.
I understand that learning a new language can feel challenging at first, so I focus on making lessons simple, engaging, and tailored to your pace. Whether you are a complete beginner or looking to improve your conversational skills, I can help you build confidence step by step.
I have previous experience as an Indonesian tutor during high school and most recently at university, where I have taught both online and in person. I have also supported VCE students in preparing for their Indonesian exams. This has helped me develop a flexible teaching style that can adapt to different learning needs and preferences.
I also understand the learning process from a student’s perspective, as I have learned a third language myself. Because of this, I know the challenges learners face and aim to make lessons supportive, encouraging, and easy to follow.
With my background in healthcare, I have strong communication skills and patience, which help me explain concepts clearly and adapt to different learning styles. My lessons are relaxed and interactive, focusing on real-life conversations, pronunciation, and useful everyday vocabulary.
I can also help if you are learning Indonesian for travel, work, or personal interest. Lessons can be conducted online or in person around Melbourne.
