Hi! My name is Siska and I am from Bali. I offer conversation lessons to beginner or more advanced Indonesian learners. I have 7 years of experience in in-person teaching in a local school in Bali.
In my online classes, I like to incorporate a video or another material that I find relevant to our studies. It helps to get familiar with the vocabulary and the theme. Also, it's a starting point for our conversation!
I am really friendly and patient and I encourage my students to try and make mistakes because I believe that's how we learn the best!

If you have a good memory, Indonesian is easy to learn! The grammar is quite simple and the hardest part is to memorize the words! With practice, everyone can do it!
How much time does it take to learn Indonesian in Jakarta?
I would say it takes a few months to acquire to basics and to be intermediate, 12 months should suffice.
