I am Elvina from Indonesia. Currently teaching English to Indonesian students via Skype. I also have experience teaching English to hotel staff in Chiang Mai, Thailand. After I earned my BA's degree in Japanese Literature I also taught Japanese to Indonesian student and I taught Indonesian to Japanese who lived and worked in Jakarta. I left for Australia in 2000 to study and that was my English experience began, as NNES student was difficult to speak English for first few months and that motivated me to become an English Teacher for NNES, I confidently encourage to speak, read, listen and write in English and with my personal experience I knew what is the weakness on NNES to communicate in English. I motivated my student with my motto "If I can do it you can too" it works very well.
