Hi everyone! I am Ellen and I am born and raised in Indonesia. I am a final year student currently pursuing my undergraduate degree in the Chinese University of Hong Kong. I have working experience in one of the banks in Jakarta, Indonesia as well. I am also fluent in Bahasa Indonesia, English, and Mandarin Chinese.
My lessons are tailor-made depending on the requests of my students! I will assure you that the sessions will be both informative and entertaining! Frequently Asked Questions
How easy is it to learn Indonesian in Hong Kong?
I think conversing is the simplest way to pick up a new language. The more we use it, the easier it gets to be familiar with Indonesian language. The Indonesian language has no vowels or tones, unlike Mandarin/Cantonese!
How much time does it take to learn Indonesian in Hong Kong?
It depends on the starting level. For someone who is a beginner, it might take a while to get the hang of it, but fear not, because practice makes perfect! If you do know some Indonesian phrases, it would get easier and easier, trust me!
