Hindi is very scientific in its morphological and syntactic rules. So, if you can find a professional 'Hindi Trainer', then you can learn Hindi in just 60 hours and will easily acquire foundational-grammar, essential-vocabulary and native pronunciation.
Is it difficult to learn Hindi in City of London?
It is difficult only when you learn Hindi with a 'Hindi Speaker and not a 'Hindi Trainer'. In my 7+year of experience, I've observed that method of learning Hindi at kids-level is mutually exclusive with learning Hindi at the adult-level.
