Tutor-Mother Tongue Skill improvement

I am Coming from a south of Indian city called HYDERABAD, living in Belgium for more than 3 years, I have experience of 16+ yrs in IT and very good communication skills. Hindi was my first language in my school and I have been teaching kids all subjects since my college days as pocket money. I can understand kids' capabilities and help them improve by using different approaches and making learning a fun activity. Implement ways where kids are involved more and participate more, I could use indoor and outdoor activities to teach in a practical way of learning
