Private Gujarati Tutor in City of London and Online
I have taught adults how to read and write Gujarati where their first language is English. I am a person who loves languages and I studied French, German, and Gujarati to AS level and also know Hindi to a good level in both reading and writing terms. I really enjoy teaching and I think that because I can relate to learning Gujarati from an English speaker's perspective. I believe it helps consolidate the learning. I am a calm and patient tutor and bring a friendly and enthusiastic approach to tutoring. I have worked for 25 years in education support and bring my school-setting experience to tutoring. I have also taken Spanish classes as an adult for a year and this adds to my understanding of how teaching and learning a new language works. I have DBS clearance and have done multiple Safeguarding training as well as first aid for workplaces.

How easy is it to learn Gujarati in City of London?
Gujarati is quite difficult to teach because the grammar rules are not the same as those for European languages. However reading is easier to teach because the alphabet is phonetic. Once you learn how to read and understand the context of what you have read you can develop your vocabulary and your spoken skills to a higher level.
What is the easiest way to learn Gujarati in City of London?
Online or in-person tutoring as well as extensive reading and rote learning of vocabulary. I can definitely help with all of the latter as well as the received pronunciation.
