I moved to Wellington from Germany seven years ago and strongly support people wanting to learn the language. With me, you will really get into the nitty-gritty of pronunciation and applied grammar, while I put the most focus on learning by immersion.
German is overall one of the harder to learn. While English and German have a very large shared vocabulary the German grammar is frankly quite complicated and unintuitive but the best way to learn it is to simply pay attention to detail while you’re learning until it becomes second nature.
