(Only Available for Online Lessons) German Native speaker. Professional teacher at GESS and Goethe Singapore since 2017.
I teach adults as well as teenage classes (11-18 years). Familiar with the IB program, the German Abitur and exam preparation according to the CEFR in order to pass A1- C2 level. Certified teacher within the World Language Program.
Fexible timings in the afternoon and evening, as well as on weekends. Not available in the morning. Learning materials will be provided at no additional cost.

Marco has been great for our 15 yo son. He manages to meet his learning style and therefore captures his interest and attention. Marco listens to my brief on the deliverables for the lessons. Marco is a very good tutor for my teenager and he always looks forward to his sessions with Marco. He is learning so much because he enjoys the lessons.

Marco is a very patient and dedicated teacher! I struggled a lot with German from the beginning and found it difficult to understand the grammar constructions especially. Eventually, I also lost interest in German and felt like it was too tough to learn, almost giving up entirely on learning it as I dreaded German classes in my university. However, classes with Marco have made the experience of learning German so much more interesting and enjoyable! My understanding of German has grown a lot since I started classes with Marco and I see visible improvements in how I write and speak German. He is very friendly and approachable and the learning environment is comfortable too as I'm not afraid or embarrassed to make mistakes. He is very encouraging throughout the lessons and takes note of my strengths and weaknesses along the way. The materials provided for the classes are also tailored and personalised to my individual progress in learning German which definitely helps in comparison to larger group classes where the pace is often too fast. Scheduling lessons is also very easy and flexible which is helpful when having a busy school life. I'm really thankful to Marco for helping me improve my German in such a short period of time and I would definitely recommend Marco for anyone looking to learn German in a fun, effective and enriching way!

My 11 years old daughter learns German from Marco. Marco is very hardworking and his always well prepared for every lesson. He has a very positive mind and fast react in teaching. He can communicate very well with pre teen daughter. Marco is a very helpful, encouraging, humble, creative,caring and his very well mannered and soft approach teacher. Marco is a highly motivated and interested tutor. He thoroughly prepares before each lesson and follows up by sending the collated lesson materials after.
