As a prospective high school graduate (Abitur) and scholarship recipient with excellent academic performance, I offer qualified tutoring in German, Math, Chemistry, English, and other subjects. With several years of experience, participation in gifted education programs, and a passion for teaching, I help students from elementary school up to grade 8 improve their grades. Learning German can also be a valuable and exciting opportunity for adults. I offer flexible lessons online via Zoom or in person throughout Hamburg.
As a tutor, I focus on a student-centered approach that supports individual learning. My teaching methods include clear explanations, practical examples, and interactive exercises to make complex topics in math, chemistry, German, and English easier to understand – all backed by my years of experience and love for teaching. I tailor each session to your knowledge level, identify areas of weakness, and build upon them step by step.
A typical lesson starts with a brief review, followed by an introduction to new topics using real-life examples. We then work through exercises together, discuss questions or mistakes in detail, and conclude with a summary of the key points and tips for further practice.
What sets me apart as a tutor is my patience, structured approach, and my belief that everyone can succeed – with the right motivation and support. As a scholarship holder and participant in gifted programs, I bring both expertise and dedication. My lessons are ideal for students from elementary school through grade 8 – whether for exam prep, strengthening fundamentals, or overcoming learning difficulties.
Learning German in Hamburg is easy because you’re surrounded by the language every day, people speak clear standard German, and there are many resources like libraries. With practice and a patient tutor, it becomes even simpler.
The easiest way to learn German in Hamburg is through language courses, tandem partners, daily immersion (books, movies, conversations), and language meetups. Volunteering or working in a German-speaking environment also helps.

I’m flexible and can meet students anywhere in Hamburg, as long as the distance is reasonable. I prefer teaching in libraries because they offer a quiet environment where we can concentrate well — for example, at the Central Library, the State and University Library, or other public libraries. If it’s more convenient, I can also come to the student’s home or teach online via Zoom.
