Productive and joyful German lessons

Hi there, buenos días and Guten Tag ☀️!

I’m a teacher from Germany and looking forward to helping you to learn my funny, complicated and beautiful language! Over the years I lived in various places (last one Mexico) and learned to speak other languages. That's why I know how hard it is to learn any other new language - and the structure and pronunciation of German specifically does not make it easier. With a little help, exercise and discipline, you can improve pretty fast =)

Teaching German to people privately and in classrooms for more than 5 years provides me the experience to be able to create a good learning atmosphere and a joyful while effective learning path for you.

I can help you to achieve your goals: Do you want to pass your A2 exam? Are you preparing to move to Germany? Or do you just want to be able to chat in another language? We will talk about what you want to achieve and match the content of the class to your personal needs.
Being a secondary school teacher who worked abroad in primary schools as well as in adult education, I will prepare our lessons accordingly.

Now I’m newly located in Donegal, Ireland and I‘m looking forward to getting to know locals as well as people with a different cultural background.

So I hope we will end up in a beautiful win-win situation - having fun while expanding our horizons!

About the lessons:

Our meetings can vary between 45 to 90 minutes per session. You choose if we meet once a week or several times. In the past I helped students as well with having a quick phone talk, video call or chat every day for about 15 minutes each.
Regularity beats intensity.

That's a reason as well why I will provide you with lots of stuff to practice until we see each other in our next lesson: in your personalised classroom you will find exercises, articles, videos, music or whatever inspired me in our last lesson.
You will receive the notes I took from our class too, so you can revise them, if you want.

All this is just an extra and not obligatory, it definitely can help you to improve faster.
