Bonjour, je m'appelle Frédérique. I am a French native speaker but I am also a professional French teacher and I have learned many techniques to help you, whether you want to improve your French or start with the basics.
I have taught in various private and public schools across various countries and also to adult groups at Alliance Française.
I am here to help you. I am a dedicated, expert and patient teacher and I will accompany you on this beautiful experience of learning a language.
I am a French professional teacher of History and Geography and have the highest qualification to teach in France. I am also a registered teacher with the Victorian institute of Teaching.
I have lived in different countries where I have developed lots of experience teaching French, my native language, to various audiences: from adults to children. I have created my own teaching material and love to discuss current affairs, French History and traditions. Defining French culture is something I like to do with pupils, trying to fight prejudices and stereotypes is something that is very important to me when teaching. Because I have a wide experience of teaching, I am a professional when it comes to preparing a lesson, taking into account learners' needs. I have learned various languages such as Mandarin or Spanish and from these experiences, I have plenty of ideas to use when it comes to teaching. I am learning German and knows what it is to learn a language.
