Experienced French & English Tutor | Exam & Conversation Sp.

Learning French or English can be much easier than it first seems when you have the right guidance, a clear learning plan, and plenty of opportunities to practise. I am a Doctor of Pharmacy graduate with extensive experience supporting students in French and English, from beginners to advanced learners and from school-age students to adults.

I believe there is no single “easiest way” to learn a language. The most effective approach combines conversation, vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, listening, reading, and regular practice, adapted to each learner’s level and goals. I explain concepts simply and patiently, while helping students become confident enough to communicate naturally.

For students learning French, I can support school and IGCSE/A-Level preparation, conversational French, grammar, pronunciation, TEF/TCF preparation, and CEFR-based development. I also help English learners improve their speaking, writing, comprehension, grammar, and academic communication.

How easy is it to learn French or English? With consistent practice and personalised support, significant progress is possible. How long does it take? This depends on your starting level, goals, available study time, and consistency. Rather than rushing through lessons, I focus on building strong foundations and measurable progress.

My lessons are interactive, structured, and adapted to the learner. Whether you are starting from scratch, preparing for an examination, improving your grades, or simply want to speak with greater confidence, I will help you progress step by step.

Frequently Asked Questions

Learning English in Vancouver can be very accessible because you are surrounded by English in everyday life. With structured lessons and consistent practice, learners can build confidence in speaking, pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary, and comprehension step by step.

How much time does it take to learn English in Vancouver?

The time required depends on your starting level, goals, study habits, and how often you practise. With regular lessons and daily exposure to English, many learners can make noticeable progress within a few months. Reaching a strong conversational or advanced level generally takes longer and requires consistent practice. The key is not simply spending more time studying, but using English regularly and receiving personalised guidance.
