Private French Tutor in Paris and Online

Bonjour! My name is Nicolas, and I am a native French speaker currently studying at ESSEC Business School. I am based in Bangkok and offer private tutoring in French, as well as English, mathematics, and homework support when needed.

I have nearly 2 years of tutoring experience and have completed over 300 hours of private lessons with students in Singapore through private agencies, and direct private tutoring with families. I have worked with students of different ages and levels, including children, teenagers, international school students, and bilingual learners.

Having grown up across France, Hong Kong, and Singapore, and having experienced both the French and Singaporean education systems, I understand how to adapt lessons to different types of students. I also sat for O-Level and A-Level French examinations in the Singaporean education system, which allows me to support students preparing for school assessments or language exams.

My main subject is French. I can help beginners, intermediate learners, students from international schools, and anyone who wants to improve their grammar, pronunciation, reading, writing, or conversational fluency. For younger students, I can also provide homework support, reading practice, dictation, grammar revision, and exam preparation.

I can also support students in English and mathematics, especially for primary and lower secondary levels. For English, I can help with grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, speaking, and confidence building. For mathematics, I focus on explaining concepts clearly, reviewing exercises, strengthening foundations, and preparing for school tests.

I also spent one month volunteering in Laos as an English as a Second Language teacher for children and young learners. This experience helped me develop a simple, patient, and interactive teaching style, especially for students who are learning a foreign language or who need more confidence.

My teaching style is friendly, structured, and personalized. I adapt every lesson to the student’s level, goals, and learning pace. I believe that learning should be clear, motivating, and enjoyable, not stressful.
