Guillaume/Guillermo :)

Hi,

My name is Guillaume. I'm from France and I love sharing knowledge, good stories, and great coffee/beer with others. I started giving private lessons in 2010, when I was studying mechanical engineering, mainly in math, physics, industrial design. I have been giving French lessons for one year. French is my mother tongue but I also speak English, Spanish, and a bit of ASL (American Sign Language). Regarding my interests, I like music, danse, photography, sports (I played soccer, handball and rugby when I was younger), science, food and wine. And I like cooking too!

As for teaching, I love it, finding different methods so that the student assimilates and understands well. What is more satisfying when you allow someone to expand their knowledge? Actually, the teacher is doing the same :)

In teaching, I think an important thing is to get along with the student. I adapt to the student's needs, setting a goal together and a way of working that suits the student. Usually, it works pretty well :) But no worries, I won't get upset if we decide to stop.
