Bonjour! I'm Stephan, a native French speaker from DRC, currently lives in Nairobi, Kenya and has spent one year tutoring French, and really enjoys helping others become learners of the French language.

French is the language in which I lived and thought as a child. I've lived amongst French, English, and Swahili, and developed a natural sense of the power of language to unite people and an appreciation of how difficult it is to learn a new language as an adult.

My approach to teaching is structured, patient and able to break things down to smaller steps because of working in business and accounting (Diploma in Accounting and currently doing a BBA).

Whereas, to me, teaching is about connection. I want every student to be a little less intimidated by French upon leaving this class.
