Private French Tutor in Milan and Online
I have been tutoring for over ten years, working primarily with students from international schools following the IB curriculum (MYP and Diploma Programme). I started working full-time with a prominent Italian family in 2015 and supported their two sons until graduation. I have been recommended to their friends, and I have had all my clients through word of mouth for the past 10 years. In addition to IB students, I have also supported students preparing French as a first language for A-Level at the Lycée Français de Londres.
In 2023, with the other tutors I met through my clients, I co-founded a boutique education consultancy working with a small number of international families each year. However, the position started to become managerial, and I therefore decided to leave and focus on my passion, teaching.

How easy is it to learn French in Milan?
It is relatively easy for most Italians, as Italian is also a latin language, the similarities makes the learning process easy. Nothing is impossible with the right method!
How much time does it take to learn French in Milan?
It highly depends on the curriculum and on the objective! I would say you can go from completely new to the language to conversational in less than a year.
