My name is Rouviere and I am French born in Paris. I have been teaching FLE for over 20 years for all ages. I have taught in Paris, Spain, Belgium, and Switzerland. I have been living and teaching in Singapore for 10 years now. I will be happy to share my passion for the French language with you. I hold an FLE diploma from the Alliance Française de Paris. Easy to learn french in Kyoto. There are a lot of place we can meet for french class.

Warning (pros and cons--mainly cons because this class was just ): 1) He was late to my class because he believes STUDENTS should send their teachers a link to the class. Once we were in the class, he scolded ME for being late despite never outlining that the expectation was to be on me. He then said weeks later that sending links is not necessarily a teacher's job and started texting erratically. Maybe it's not every teacher's job, but if this was never explicitly said to be a student's, then should it not be the person offering the services'? 2) We had a conflict with tutoroo regarding payment. I was informed around May 17 that I had to pay for the final class, which I had thought would be covered. This is all well and good, and I informed him ahead that my bank card was suspended because I had to update my details it and it was being reissued after two weeks. He threw hissy fit after hissy fit, then finally threatened to bring me to court over 5000 JPY. All tutoroo and I could say was, "Why can't you give a deadline (that is understanding of the time the student was informed + cognizant of my circumstances)?" Remember, he had never even given a deadline. As you can tell he only has a few students and you might think that his freedom helps your schedule, but he is actually quite inflexible and doesn't have many students FOR A REASON. 3) He has a lot of experience, which is why I gave one star, but I personally need a lot of explanation in English. His English is hard to understand ,so just take note that if your French is around A2-B1 level, this class may not be so useful. Also, he mainly makes you read out loud. While that helps, he doesn't help you retain that until the end of the class. 4) He is often polite, which is a plus, but has a temper, which is a downside
