How easy is it to learn French in Kaohsiung City?
With a dedicated tutor I believe learning french to attain a level close to C1 could take 2 or 3 years depending on the frequency. But with alread existing classes in school and a tutoring teacher the learning will be even quicker and efficient.
Is it difficult to learn French in Kaohsiung City?
According to me it can be challenging as there isn't a lot of french oversea population in Kaohsiung thus a lack of native tutor. And the teaching of French in schools is not as wide spread as English or spanish.
